Frequently Asked Questions
- How is this different from the regular CD Pool service?
- Previously, subscribed categories dictated what tracks a cdpool member could download. To access tracks in other categories, purchase of additional products was necessary. Now, dj pro offers members flexibility to access tracks in all categories.
- I liked the old fixed cdpool subscription categories, are they coming back?
- Nothing has changed. Tracks continue to be added to the very same categories. You may continue to download from your preferred categories. The difference is, now you have the option to dip into other categories or access our back catalogue tracks with no additional purchase necessary.
- Do I have to download tracks individually one-by-one?
- You have flexibility. Choose to download tracks on-the-fly or draft custom selections using playlists to then download all at once.
- How do I know if I have already downloaded a track?
- All tracks downloaded by your account are marked with a green tick for easy identification.
- What does the yellow warning triangle mean?
- Some tracks are not always officially tagged as explicit by the artist or label and may still contain soft expletives, sexual or violent themes, slang or drug references. These warning flags are especially helpful to DJs that work in radio or children's events.
